Renaissance Medical understands the importance of good customer service and of having a qualified, caring staff.  When you need us, our respiratory professionals, customer service representatives, delivery staff, and billing associates will be more than willing to assist.  Whether you are a new or existing customer, you can count on great care from Renaissance Medical.

We ensure that our expert staff takes the time to give each of our customers the personalized attention that they deserve, and that we are trained to find the right products for each individual.  Home visits can also be arranged, given a patient is unable to visit one of our three locations. 

​Our promise is to serve each of our customers with dignity and respect, and to provide state-of-the-art equipment and maintenance according to manufacturer's specifications.  For each piece of equipment given, we provide personal support and instructions for use.
